Summer is usually the time in K-pop with the most comebacks. As a result, competition is fierce between the myriad of both girl and boy groups that strive to sell albums before their fans' wallets run dry so they can reach the number one spot. Shinee's Jonghyun's recent album, "The Collection: 'Story Op.1'" take the number 7 place on the chart. With so many Korean albums in the top 10, Korean music is undoubtedly becoming majorly popular around the world.
