Big Bang renew contracts with YG Entertainment

Fans have been worried about what decision Big Bang would make regarding their soon-to-end contract with YG Entertainment. Fortunately, all 5 member have decided to resign and stay together under YG! The agency released an official statement stating "All 5 member of Big Bang, G-dragon, Taeyang, T.O.P, Daesung, and Seungri have decided to extend their contracts."
Big Bang's contracts were set to expire in 2 months, at the end of 2015. However, the group has been together for the past 10 years at YG, so they know that YG is a reputable company that will work with them and protect them in the future. Their contract was last renewed in 2011.
This past summer, Big Bang released their long-awaited M.A.D.E. album by releasing 2 songs per month from May to August over a period of 4 months. In addition to the massive success of their album, they also held a world tour, performing all over North America and Asia to a total of over 1,400,000 fans.
From December 12-15, Big Bang will perform in Japan for their MADE Japan tour. They will also be at the 2015 Melon Music awards on the 7th.
